Welcome to Officially Hooked, our medium sized box packed with 10–15 individually packaged mystery items selected from our rotating inventory.

Your mystery haul may include:

• Unclaimed & undeliverable packages
• Retailer returns
• Overstock & excess inventory
• Cancelled-order merchandise
• Re-Wrap Rescue packages
• Other unexpected mystery finds

We curate each box using the inventory available at the time of packing, mixing different package shapes, sizes, and item types so there’s plenty to unwrap and discover.

We keep packages as close to the way we received them as possible. When packaging arrives damaged, missing, or simply doesn't survive the journey, we may give the item a Re-Wrap Rescue—carefully rewrapping it to protect the item without ruining the surprise.

Due to the nature of unclaimed packages, returns, overstock, and recovered merchandise, condition will vary. Many items may be new or unused, while others could have damaged packaging, signs of handling, missing pieces, broken parts, or be incomplete.

There are no hints. No peeking. Just packages waiting to be opened.
