Mystery means mystery. Please read the following information carefully before purchasing from Package Addicts.

What You're Purchasing

Package Addicts mystery boxes contain a randomized assortment of merchandise selected from our available inventory.

Inventory may include, but is not limited to:

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Undeliverable packages

  • Customer and retailer returns

  • Overstock and excess inventory

  • Cancelled-order merchandise

  • Re-Wrap Rescue packages

  • Liquidation or recovered merchandise

  • Other miscellaneous inventory

The exact contents of your mystery box are unknown at the time of purchase and are not selected by the customer.

No Specific Items Are Guaranteed

Unless expressly stated in a product listing, Package Addicts does not guarantee any particular:

  • Product

  • Brand

  • Category

  • Color

  • Size

  • Retail value

  • Condition

  • Functionality

Product photos, videos, social media posts, unboxings, advertisements, and other examples of past inventory are provided for illustrative purposes and do not guarantee that you will receive the same or similar merchandise.

Item Condition

Our inventory comes from a variety of sources, so condition varies.

Items may be new, unused, opened, previously handled, returned, cosmetically damaged, incomplete, missing pieces, missing original packaging, damaged, or nonfunctional.

Some merchandise may be placed into new packaging through our Re-Wrap Rescue process when its original packaging is damaged, missing, opened, or unsuitable for shipping.

Mystery merchandise is sold as-is, and individual item condition or functionality is not guaranteed.

Officially Hooked — 10–15 items
Beyond Recovery — 25+ items

Final Sale & No Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Mystery boxes and their contents cannot be returned or exchanged, and orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.

Refunds, credits, or replacements are not provided because a customer dislikes an item, cannot use an item, receives an item of lesser perceived value, or receives merchandise that is damaged, incomplete, missing parts, opened, or nonfunctional.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing from Package Addicts, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank, credit card company, or payment processor. Any chargeback or dispute filed after agreeing to this policy will be considered a breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to provide proof of fulfillment and acceptance of terms to the payment processor to resolve such disputes in our favor.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Package Addicts mystery box.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into the purchase.

You understand that you will not know exactly what you are receiving before opening your packages.

You understand and accept that merchandise condition and value vary.

You understand that specific products, brands, categories, and values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

You understand that merchandise is sold as-is.

You understand that all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled.
