At Package Addicts, the mystery is part of the experience. Because our products contain randomized merchandise sourced from unclaimed packages, undeliverable packages, retailer returns, overstock, cancelled orders, liquidation inventory, and other sources, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on mystery boxes or individual items received inside a mystery box.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the contents of your box are unknown at the time of purchase and that item condition, type, brand, size, color, usefulness, and value may vary.
Disliking, not needing, or being unable to use an item received is not grounds for a refund, replacement, return, or exchange.
Item Condition
Mystery merchandise is sold as-is.
While many items may be new, unused, or in excellent condition, our inventory may also contain customer returns, previously opened merchandise, items with damaged or missing packaging, incomplete products, cosmetic imperfections, missing pieces, or items that are damaged or nonfunctional.
Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued based on the condition or functionality of individual mystery items.
This unpredictability is an inherent part of purchasing mystery merchandise from Package Addicts.
No Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Will My Mystery Box Be What I Paid For
Estimated Retail Value
Package Addicts makes a good-faith effort to curate each mystery box so that the estimated original retail value of its contents meets or exceeds the purchase price of the box.
However, because our inventory comes from a variety of sources and may include discontinued, returned, unclaimed, overstock, opened, incomplete, or otherwise unique merchandise, an exact original retail price may not always be available.
Estimated retail value may be based on manufacturer pricing, retailer pricing, comparable products, or other reasonably available pricing information at the time the box is packed.
Estimated retail value does not represent or guarantee an item's current resale value, condition-adjusted value, functionality, or the amount for which an item can actually be sold.
Unless a specific dollar value is expressly advertised for a particular product or promotion, no exact combined retail value is guaranteed.
